How to use the biochemical incubator properly

The biochemical incubator is a high-precision constant temperature device with hot and cold control functions. Its working principle is that the temperature sensor converts the actual temperature in the incubator into an electrical signal, transmits it to the microcomputer, and then the microcomputer controls the heater or refrigeration compressor in the machine to make the environment inside reach the set temperature.

The internal environment and temperature control of laboratory biochemical incubator are crucial to the success of the culture experiment. When using the biochemical incubator, follow the following operating specifications and steps:

1. Before starting it for the first time, wipe the inner wall of the incubator with gauze soaked in alcohol for disinfection, and then wipe the alcohol clean with dry gauze.

2. Before use, the water pipe should be inserted into the water inlet and overflow port, and a water accumulation tray should be placed under the water outlet of the overflow pipe.

3. Open the door and put the items to be cultured into the incubator. Note that a certain amount of space should be left above, below, and around the items to maintain air circulation, and then close the door.

4. Turn on the power and press the setting key to set the required temperature and time. Depending on the sample to be cultured, the temperature and time need to be precisely controlled.

5. After the culture is completed, take out the items and turn off the power.
