Vacuum drying oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, decomposable and oxidizable substances. It can fill the interior with inert gas, especially for some items with complex composition, it can also achieve fast drying.

Lab vacuum dry oven mainly depends on the following parameters:

1. Vacuum degree

The domestic standard is usually 133PA. The smaller the vacuum, the more difficult it is to make.

2. Thickness of inner tank steel

The lower the vacuum degree, the higher the requirements for the plate, and the thicker  the plate is, otherwise it will not be able to withstand the pressure, which is easy to cause danger.

3. Vacuum degree control method

Usually, it is the circular pointer vacuum gauge display, and automatic control of the vacuum degree is not possible. After a vacuum leak, the pump needs to be turned on manually to draw down.

4. Heating method

Usually, heating tubes are distributed around the inner bladder for heating.

5. Vacuum pump configuration

A vacuum pump with an oil-return prevention device must be configured, otherwise oil will return in the case of high vacuum, resulting in oil mist in the inner tank of the drying oven.
